In the 90s, Michael Bacash, Alba Ahmad and the late Greg Malouf got together for an unforgettable event under the moniker ‘The 3 Habibis’. This year, for Broadsheet Dine Out Week, Michael from Bacash, Joseph from Rumi and Alba’s unite once again for an unforgettable collaboration dinner on July 24th. Blending refined seafood expertise with bold Middle Eastern flavours, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu celebrating creativity, seasonal produce and shared culinary passion.
